Job Summary
Overview:
A senior operational role responsible for implementing strategic systems across a franchise group, maintaining franchisor standards, and leading a team of Area Coaches. Reports to the Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance, profitability and operational excellence across stores
- Lead, coach and develop Area Coaches; manage succession planning and performance
- Analyse P&L statements and prepare quarterly business reviews for Leadership Team
- Oversee budgets, KPIs and Balance Scorecard implementation
- Manage customer satisfaction targets and complaint trend analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR practices and Employment Legislation
- Liaise with franchisor representatives and build key external relationships
- Support new store openings, remodels and revamps
Requirements:
- BCom Degree or 5+ years' experience at Area Coach / Area Manager level
- Proven track record in a similar multi-site management role
- QSR industry experience advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office; technologically savvy
- Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
