NATIONAL SALES-MANAGER
JOHANNESBURG (Gauteng) - South Africa
START: 01 March 2026 / ASAP
REPORT TO: Director
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am - 17:00pm
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R31,500-00 Base Salary
- Group Sales Incentive Commission
- Fuel Card
- Vehicle Maintenance Allowance
- Monthly Product Allowance
- Travel Allowance (When traveling for work)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Based in Johannesburg
- Able to travel nation-wide when operationally required (quarterly travel is required)
- Accredited certification in any Skin Care / Cosmetology related field
- A minimum of FIVE years in a Business 2 Business Sales Role
- At least TWO years in a National Sales / Managerial role
- Comfortable being on the road - this job requires a lot of traveling and driving
- Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer literate (MS Office - Outlook, Excel)
- Own car and valid driver license - not negotiable
- Ability to work independently with support from Head Office as well as alongside team members
- Available to assist when operationally required for road shows, expos or launches
