What You Will Do

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a luxury or high-end retail environment
  
• A naturally warm, confident, and professional manner
  
• Someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and takes pride in their results
  
• A genuine passion for people and the ability to connect with a diverse, discerning clientele
  
• Emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to truly listen to customers' needs
  
• Availability to work retail hours including weekends
  
• Based in Johannesburg with reliable access to transportation. 
  
• Valid work permit and clear criminal record
  

Advantageous

• Previous jewellery sales experience and product knowledge
  
• Ability to speak European, Mediterranean or Eastern European languages
