A premium lifestyle services company is looking for a polished and highly organised Lifestyle Manager to join its Johannesburg-based team. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who is naturally service-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering seamless, high-touch experiences to a discerning client base. Key Responsibilities Member Services & Lifestyle Delivery Manage member requests across email, telephone, and CRM platforms in line with SLAs Deliver a consistently high level of personalised lifestyle support Act as a key point of contact for members, ensuring a seamless and professional experience Take ownership of requests from initial enquiry through to fulfilment Maintain high levels of member satisfaction through efficient and thoughtful service Administrative & Operational Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior management and the Lifestyle team Extract; analyse, and interpret CRM data to support reporting and operational needs Ensure all member information, databases, and systems are accurate and up to date Adhere to internal processes and data protection standards Content; Research & Coordination Assist with research for newsletters, media updates, and member communications Maintain current event listings and supplier databases Support internal communications and team updates Events & Brand Representation Assist with the coordination and execution of events when required Attend events as a brand ambassador, engaging confidently with members and partners Represent the brand in a polished and professional manner at all times Experience & Background Experience in travel, customer service, guest relations, personal assistance, concierge, or lifestyle management Exposure to working with executives, VIP clients, or high-net-worth individuals is advantageous Background within luxury travel, hospitality, or service-led environments preferred Strong understanding of premium service delivery and client expectations Key Competencies Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong organisational and time-management ability Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment Proactive; solution-oriented approach Strong IT proficiency, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team High level of attention to detail Polished; well-presented, and client-facing Discreet and professional when handling confidential information Calm and composed under pressure Why Consider This Role This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to grow within the luxury lifestyle and concierge space.
