Our client in the branding and visual display industry is looking to employ a Layout Artist to join their team based in Johannesburg North.

Requirements:
- National Diploma in Graphic Design
- 3–4 years' experience in graphic design within the branding industry
- Experience in display branding advantageous
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer service orientated
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Analytical thinker
- Strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Create layouts for client approval
- Prepare print-ready files for production
- Liaise with sales representatives and clients regarding artwork requirements
- Redraw and recreate logos when required
- Ensure artwork meets production specifications
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in all design work
- Meet required turnaround times on layouts and print files
- Minimise artwork and production errors
