About the Role
A fast-growing healthcare technology organisation is seeking a driven and ambitious Graduate Sales Development Representative to join its sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a long-term career in B2B sales within the healthcare and digital solutions space.
The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging medical practices and healthcare providers across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within medical practices and healthcare organisations.
- Qualify leads based on business needs and alignment with the organisation’s solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Requirements
Required:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Commerce or similar)
- 0–2 years’ experience in a sales, customer-facing, or business development role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilient, target-driven, and highly motivated.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
Advantageous Skills & Experience:
- Exposure to B2B sales environments.
- Interest in healthcare, medical practice management, or digital technology solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems.
