Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Cleaning – Assist in gathering data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Clean and prepare data for analysis.
- Data Analysis – Perform basic data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Reporting – Create and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Use visualization tools to present data in an understandable format.
- Support Senior Analysts – work under the guidance of senior data analysts or data scientists to support larger projects and analyses.
- Data Management – Help maintain databases and ensure data integrity and security.
- Documentation – Document methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility of analyses.
Min Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar discipline.
- Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with specific industry-related data (e.g., financial data for fintech) can be beneficial.
- Internships or project experience in data analysis can be advantageous.
