Junior Business Intelligence Project Co-Ordinator
A dynamic opportunity is available for a Junior Business Intelligence Project Co-Ordinator to join a fast-paced environment focused on campaign management, reporting, compliance, and operational execution. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between internal teams and retail/media partners, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the required standards.
This is a full-time, office-based position.
Salary
- R18 000 – R21 000 per month
Key Responsibilities Project Management
- Assist with the management of media and marketing campaigns from initiation through to completion
- Coordinate with internal Business Intelligence team members involved in campaign execution
- Serve as a contact point for campaign-related communication and queries
- Liaise with Operations Teams and in-store merchandising staff to ensure campaigns are executed correctly and on time
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving issues efficiently
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Support Business Intelligence functions and reporting processes
- Work across various BI platforms, dashboards, and audit systems
- Maintain and update route lists and operational databases
- Assist with special projects and reporting requirements
- Participate in weekly operational and management meetings
Data Processing & Administration
- Maintain master data and route information
- Update representative and regional management route lists across systems
- Maintain and distribute internal reporting sheets and merchandising lists
- Ensure all administrative records remain accurate and up to date
General Duties
- Support overall Business Intelligence processes and operations
- Assist with additional duties as required by management
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in analytics, administration, or project coordination
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with databases, dashboards, and web-based systems
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Special Requirements
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Own reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel nationally on an ad-hoc basis
