We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior IT Support Technician to join our team in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to build practical experience in a professional IT environment. You’ll work alongside experienced technical professionals while gaining hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365, Windows support, networking, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing first-line IT support to end users
Troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 issues
Assisting with networking and connectivity troubleshooting
Supporting users with hardware and software-related issues
Assisting with basic cybersecurity and IT administration
Learning and developing your technical skills alongside experienced technicians
Providing friendly, professional support to clients
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their IT career. You don’t necessarily need years of experience — we’re looking for enthusiasm, curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for technology.
You may have:
Completed an IT qualification or formal studies
Obtained relevant IT certifications
Built and experimented with home labs
Gained practical experience through personal IT projects
Troubleshot computers, networks, or software in your own time
Most importantly, you’re eager to learn and grow.
