Job Summary
My client is looking for a proactive hands-on IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead to take ownership of infrastructure stability, ERP support, and vendor management in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and running optimally across cloud, networks, and enterprise platforms.
- Monitor servers, cloud platforms, networks, identity services, and endpoints
- Maintain infrastructure monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms
- Coordinate proactive maintenance and performance tuning
- Ensure capacity planning and system optimisation
ERP &Platform Operational Support
- Monitor ERP system health, availability, and performance
- Coordinate support with ERP vendors and partners
- Manage ERP patching, upgrades, and maintenance cycles
- Support integrations between ERP, warehouse, and reporting systems
- Coordinate resolution of ERP-related incidents
MSP Governance & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate daily operational activities with MSPs
- Monitor SLA adherence and service delivery performance
- Escalate and resolve vendor-related issues
- Enforce operational standards and contractual obligations
- Lead and coordinate major incident response
- Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and problem resolution
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents and changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5+ years experience in IT infrastructure and operations
- Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud platforms)
- Microsoft Azure, AWS
- Microsoft, VMware
- Strong service management capability (ITIL)
- Ability to manage vendors and complex environments
- Ability to provide operational leadership and oversight
- Detail-oriented with a focus on reliability and quality
