Job Description
Overseeing the filing and management of all employee-related documents, ensuring meticulous organization and compliance.
Generating various detailed payroll reports and analyses.
Handling payroll journals.
Processed payment of employee payments, including EMP201 and EMP501.
Processing supplier payments.
Balancing and reconciling payroll payments and vendor/3rd party payments.
Managing invoices and cashbooks.
Reviewing and releasing general ledger entries.
Qualification & Skills
Must have Sage 300 experience
Accounting qualification
Minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll
