This role requires a people-focused HR professional with strong HR generalist expertise, payroll oversight experience, and a solid understanding of South African labour legislation within a multi-site environment. Key Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology • Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role • Experience within a multi-site environment essential • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation • Experience with payroll oversight, workforce data, and statutory reporting Key Responsibilities • Act as HR Business Partner for Support Office employees across the full employee lifecycle • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and employee development • Oversee payroll coordination, workforce reporting, and HR data accuracy • Manage Employment Equity reporting, statutory submissions, and compliance requirements • Ensure compliance with BCEA, LRA, Employment Equity Act, POPIA, and internal policies Candidate Profile • A professional, detail-oriented HR leader who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment, balancing people-focused leadership with strong compliance, reporting, and operational HR capability across multiple properties Package • Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience • Location: Johannesburg Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
