About the Role

WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a strategic and commercially driven Head of Product. This role is designed for a seasoned product leader with experience in financial services or investment management, tasked with driving innovation and shaping the future of global withholding tax relief and recovery solutions. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle—from vision and strategy through to execution—while leading a team of high-performing product professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement

• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with client and business priorities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, sales, technology, and compliance

• Drive innovation by conducting market research and engaging directly with clients

• Define and track key performance indicators for product success

• Ensure all product solutions meet global regulatory and client requirements

• Mentor and manage a team of product managers and analysts

What You’ll Bring

• Professional qualification: CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent

• Multiple years of product management experience in financial services, investment management, or fintech

• Proven success in delivering complex products in a regulated environment

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate client needs into scalable solutions

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in tax, custody, or fund administration products

• Familiarity with global financial regulations and cross-border investment structures

• Exposure to enterprise sales or business development functions

• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in high-growth environments
