Growth Hacking Strategist (Crypto / Web3)

From protocol launches to viral influencer campaigns, we’re trusted to build momentum and narrative at every stage of a project’s lifecycle.
Now we’re looking for a Growth & Newsjacking Strategist with deep roots in the crypto space—someone who’s built communities, grown audiences, partnered with KOLs, and scaled campaigns with six-figure budgets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and executing growth campaigns from 0 to scale across social, community, and media channels
Managing KOL and influencer partnerships end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, activation, and performance tracking
Identifying real-time news and market moments to insert clients into trending narratives and boost visibility
Creating and optimising Quest campaigns, referral loops, and community incentives to boost engagement and growth
Developing and executing social growth strategies (Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, etc.), including bot detection and user quality control
Tracking growth metrics, user behaviour, and virality signals using tools like Dune, GA, Notion, or custom dashboards
Collaborating with internal content, PR, and BD teams to align growth efforts with overarching narratives and partnerships
Balancing short-term growth hacks with long-term, sustainable community-building strategies
Requirements
You’ll Need to Bring
2–3+ years of hands-on crypto marketing/growth experience—you’ve lived this space, not just dabbled in it
Proven success growing and managing KOL/influencer campaigns with $100k+ budgets
Experience running Quest or community reward campaigns, with measurable engagement results
Strong working knowledge of social growth, especially around detecting and eliminating bots
A deep understanding of Web3 communities and how to build trust, traction, and virality from the ground up
Strong data instincts—you know what to measure and how to act on it
A news junkie mentality—plugged into the 24/7 crypto cycle and able to move fast on narrative opportunities
Experience with A/B testing, campaign pivots, and iterating on what works
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first, global team environment
Bonus Points If You…
Have PR, journalism, or communications experience in crypto or tech
Have a strong personal network of crypto media contacts and influencers
Are fluent in memetic marketing and culture-driven storytelling
Have worked directly with founding teams or early-stage protocols
