The successful candidate will have:
- at least a bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- at least 5 years’ experience in fundraising, preferably in an education setting.
- self-motivation and the adaptability to move seamlessly from engaging high-profile donors to managing
the door at flagship events. - high level of integrity.
- excellent time management and organisational skills.
- proficient communication skills, both oral and written.
- anaylitical skills with excellent attention to detail.

- strong management, reporting, and computer skills.
- results-orientated with a strong work ethic.
- creativity and innovation in fundraising approaches.
- cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse donor communities.
