Lavana Beauty Spa is looking for a talented, reliable Senior Nail Technician to join our busy team. If you have steady hands, an eye for detail, and love creating beautiful nails, we’d love to meet you. About the Role You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services to our clients in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. This is a shift-based role with the chance to grow your client base and earn commission on top of a market-related salary. What You’ll Be Doing - Gelish applications and maintenance - Biosculpture, acrylic, and polygel extensions & overlays - Sculpting - Manicures and pedicures - Nail art – creative designs and client requests - Nail repair and enhancements - Client consultations, aftercare advice, and retail sales - Maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation standards What We’re Looking For - Qualified Nail Technician with a recognized certificate/diploma - Minimum 3- years’ experience in a salon/spa setting - Competent in Gelish; Biosculpture, Acrylic, and Polygel - Experience with LCN is an advantage - Nail art skills are advantageous - Reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts, weekends, and peak periods - Professional, friendly, and client-focused - Team player with good communication skills What We Offer - Market-related salary + commission on services and retail sales - Steady client bookings and a supportive team - Ongoing training on new products and techniques - Staff discounts on treatments and products - Clean, well-equipped treatment stations Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview and practical assessment.
