?✨ CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER | LUXURY LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT | JOHANNESBURG ?️? Kendrick Recruitment is looking for an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company in Johannesburg. We are looking for a commercially driven, client-focused professional with strong account management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service within the luxury market. ? Salary: R25,000 negotiable DOE ? Location: Johannesburg ? Hours: Monday – Friday, 09h00 – 17h30 ✈️ Occasional travel & on-call availability required ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients • Manage service delivery against SLAs and contractual requirements • Lead client meetings, reporting, presentations, and follow-ups • Monitor account performance, engagement, and renewals • Analyse usage data and identify growth opportunities • Manage escalated complaints professionally and efficiently • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery • Oversee CRM accuracy, reporting, and account performance metrics • Support training, quality assurance, and team development • Drive client engagement, partnerships, and account growth initiatives • Assist with events, launches, and exclusive member experiences ?️ REQUIREMENTS • 3–5 years’ account management experience • Luxury sector or agency experience preferred • Strong CRM, reporting, and analytical skills • Proven budgeting and account performance management ability • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills • Commercially driven with strong service focus • Highly organised and detail-oriented • Professional, polished, and confident communicator • Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines ?
