We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Admin Assistant to support our Buying & Merchandising team.
This role requires a proactive, organised, and analytical individual with a passion for fashion, who can manage product data, purchase orders, reporting, and supplier communication while ensuring smooth merchandise operations across all stores.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years’ experience in retail buying, merchandising, or administrative support
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Passion for fashion, trends, and the bridal/formalwear industry
• Commercial awareness and analytical mindset
The successful candidate will maintain accurate product information, track orders and deliveries, run sales and stock reports, assist with range planning and product launches, and liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate, and effective merchandise management.
This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering seamless support to a dynamic retail merchandising team.
