Senior Azure Integration Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure Integration Developer with deep expertise in BizTalk Server and Azure Integration Services to lead the modernization of our enterprise integration landscape. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in complex migration projects and have a strong foundation in cloud-native integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design and implement enterprise integration architecture strategies aligned with business and IT objectives.

·       Apply structured integration methodologies to capture and model business and technical requirements.

·       Evaluate and recommend improvements to strategic, core, and support integration processes.

·       Lead senior management through the development of integration plans, presenting findings and recommendations clearly.

·       Create technical process models and integration flows to demonstrate application integration points based on business needs.

·       Act as a subject matter expert in integration frameworks, tool selection, and methodology development.

·       Plan and ensure network and integration capacity aligns with current and future business requirements.

·       Champion enterprise-wide integration initiatives, supporting other architectural disciplines.

·       Develop and implement DevSecOps methodologies, providing performance metrics and reporting.

·       Lead the end-to-end migration of BizTalk applications to Azure Integration Services.

·       Architect and develop cloud-native integration solutions using:

o   Azure Logic Apps

o   Azure Functions

o   API Management

o   Service Bus

o   Event Grid

·       Analyze and refactor BizTalk orchestrations, pipelines, schemas, and maps for cloud compatibility.

·       Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and development teams to define integration strategies and roadmaps.

·       Implement CI/CD pipelines for integration components using Azure DevOps.

·       Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance standards.

·       Provide technical leadership, including code reviews and mentorship for junior developers.

·       Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs, migration plans, and operational procedures.

·       Advise on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, system impacts, and technology priorities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

·       Minimum 10+ years’ experience in enterprise integration development.

·       Extensive experience with BizTalk Server (development, deployment, administration).

·       Proven track record of porting BizTalk solutions to Azure, including re-architecting workflows.

·       Strong proficiency in Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid.

·       Experience in cloud-native integration design and implementation.

·       Hands-on experience with DevOps/CI-CD practices for integration components.

·       Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship.
