Leading and managing onboarding programs, ensuring new employees are welcomed, supported, and set up for success.
Support career development initiatives, helping staff reach their potential while aligning with business goals.
Creating clear, engaging instructional materials tailored to diverse audiences.
Qualifications & Skills
Creating engaging training experiences.
Recognized qualification such as a Certificate in ODETDP or related field.
Valid driver’s license
2+ years of work experience with Learning Management Systems
3+ years of experience in Training / Learning and Development
Strong background in instructional design, facilitation, and e-learning tools.
Manage digital learning platforms (LMS experience essential) and drive adoption.
Experience in Training & Development, including onboarding facilitation and program management.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles, methodologies, and modern learning practices.
