Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead, coordinate and drive high-impact change initiatives for a major digital transformation project. This Johannesburg-based contract role is critical to ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working, with a strong focus on training, engagement, and delivering tangible results.
In this role, you will work closely with the Business Optimisation Support Team and the Digital Services & Advisory Team, leading the design and execution of a large-scale client training program and ensuring smooth adoption across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven change management experience, preferably in digital transformation or business process improvement projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training to both internal and external audiences.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and drive adoption across diverse user groups.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with training platforms, LMS systems, and digital learning tools.
