BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION 

AI & TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION DEVELOPER 

Role Summary 

We are seeking a skilled and business-minded Developer to design, build, deploy, and support automation, low-code applications, and analytics solutions that enable business transformation. This role goes beyond technical delivery and requires an understanding of business processes, operating models, and change enablement to ensure technology solutions deliver measurable value. 

The role partners closely with business leaders, consultants, IT team and technology vendors to translate transformation objectives into scalable digital solutions that improve efficiency, insight, and decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities 

Business Transformation Enablement 

● Support business transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process simplification, automation, and improved information flow. 

● Translate business strategies and transformation roadmaps into practical digital and analytics solutions. 

● Apply process mapping and continuous improvement principles to redesign workflows before automation. 

● Measure and track benefits realisation (efficiency, cost reduction, data quality, decision speed). 

Automation & Application Development 

● Design, develop, and maintain Google Apps Script solutions to automate workflows across Google Workspace. 

● Build and enhance AppSheet applications for operational workflows, approvals, and data capture use cases. 

● Integrate automation solutions with internal systems (HR, Finance and CRMs), APIs, and third-party platforms. 

● Leverage GenAI technologies (Gemini, Retrieval-Augmented Generation – RAG) to enhance applications and workflows 

● Develop reusable automation and AI components to accelerate delivery. 

Data & Dashboard Development (Looker Studio) 

● Design and develop Looker Studio dashboards that support transformation governance, operational performance, and executive reporting. 

● Connect dashboards to multiple data sources (Google Sheets, AppSheet, APIs). 

● Ensure dashboards are intuitive, accurate, and trusted by stakeholders. 

Deployment, Change & Adoption 

● Deploy solutions following best practices for testing, security, and documentation. 

● Configure AppSheet roles, permissions, and governance controls. 

● Support user onboarding, training, and change adoption activities. 

● Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement. 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

● Engage business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and co-create solutions. 

● Communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language. 

● Work collaboratively within cross-functional transformation teams. 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  

• Relevant certifications related to automation, analytics, or Google technologies
  

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Google Apps Script
  

• Hands-on AppSheet application development
  

• Proven experience building Looker Studio dashboards
  

• Solid understanding of Google Workspace and system integrations
  

• Experience working with structured datasets, APIs, and data models
  

Core Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  

• Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical stakeholders)
  

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
  

Advantageous:

• Experience in consulting or professional services
  

• Exposure to process re-engineering or continuous improvement frameworks
  

• Experience with BigQuery, cloud platforms, or data engineering concepts
