The Cloud Services Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the endtoend delivery of Cloud Transformation and Operations delivery A cross function leader the Cloud Services Program Manager will build and nurture strong relationship with executive IT leadership within the Client organization and enable the growthing of the Cloud business in the region This role ensures that all contractual obligations are met delivery is aligned with client expectations and business outcomes are achieved This role always plays crucial role in strategic planning for acquiring new clients with solutions to solve client challenges

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend delivery of cloud programs across multiple workstreams
  

• Own and manage the overall delivery portfolio for the region ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and business objectives
  

• Act as the primary delivery interface between the client and internal teams ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement
  

• Manage crossfunctional teams including cloud architects engineers and thirdparty vendors
  

• Oversee migration optimisation and integration of cloud platforms eg AWS Azure GCP
  

• Lead program governance including planning execution risk management and reporting across multiple projects and service lines
  

• Drive growth within existing and new clients in the region
  

• Collaborate with partners and advisors
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering largescale cloud programs ideally in enterprise environments
  

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and associated services
  

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
  

• 15 years of experience in IT service delivery with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large client accounts
  

• Proven experience in managing multitower delivery eg infrastructure applications cloud security
  

• Strong understanding of RFPs contract management service delivery models and governance frameworks
  

• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to engage and advise executive IT leaders
  

• Excellent communication negotiation and Stakeholder Management influencing skills
  

• Familiarity with cloud governance FinOps and security best practices
  

• Experience working in global delivery models and managing distributed teams
  

• Background in infrastructure DevOps or cloud architecture
