Job Description:
My client in the cleaning industry is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join their team as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our client base in the commercial cleaning sector.
Duties include:
- Identify and target potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services
- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the cleaning industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
