About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resources Manager to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to provide strategic and operational HR leadership while supporting business objectives and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all Human Resources operations.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and labour legislation.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and succession planning.
Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
Manage HR reporting, records, and people-related projects.
Support leadership in building a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Minimum Requirements
National Diploma or Degree (NQF 6/7) in Human Resources or a related field.
Honours Degree (NQF 8) is essential.
Minimum of 7 years' Human Resources Management experience.
At least 3 years' leadership or supervisory experience.
Public sector experience is essential.
Advanced computer literacy.
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
