About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a BCom or Law graduate who is looking to develop a career within the business rescue, insolvency, restructuring and corporate environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of business rescue matters, including administration, financial information, client communication, documentation and the monitoring of ongoing matters.
Minimum Requirements
BCom degree in Business Management, Financial Management, Finance, Accounting or a related field
Alternatively, an LLB / Law degree will be considered
1–2 years' relevant working experience
Previous exposure to Business Rescue, Insolvency, Restructuring, Commercial Law, Finance or Administration will be advantageous
Strong computer literacy, including MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong administrative and organisational abilities
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
Must be available for a full-time position
