This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy, relationship-driven professional with a passion for luxury brands, partnerships, and high-end client experiences The Role As the Brand Relations & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in sourcing, developing, and managing exclusive supplier relationships that enhance the lifestyle offering for corporate and private members. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will identify premium partners, negotiate exceptional benefits, and ensure the ongoing success and value of all partnerships. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with premium suppliers across hospitality, travel, dining, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors Identify and secure new partnerships, negotiating preferential rates and exclusive member benefits Manage and grow an existing supplier network, ensuring performance and value delivery Keep internal teams informed of new partners, offerings, and industry trends Coordinate supplier presentations, familiarisation experiences, and networking opportunities Support the planning and execution of member events and experiences Maintain accurate supplier records, contracts, and benefit tracking systems Conduct ongoing research into luxury trends, new openings, and market opportunities Collaborate across teams to enhance member engagement and overall service offering Candidate Profile 2–4+ years’ experience in sales; partnerships, account management, hospitality, or luxury services Strong network or ability to build connections across luxury and lifestyle industries Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals, VIPs, or corporate clients Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills Proactive; adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong project management and multitasking abilities Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency Key Attributes “Can-do” attitude with a hands-on approach Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional; polished, and highly discreet Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure Passion for luxury brands, travel, and lifestyle experiences
