✨? BRAND RELATIONS MANAGER | LUXURY LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT | JOHANNESBURG ?️? Kendrick Recruitment is looking for an experienced Brand Relations Manager to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company in Johannesburg. We are looking for a well-connected, commercially minded professional with a passion for luxury partnerships, member experiences, and building exceptional supplier networks for high-net-worth clientele. ? Salary: R35,000 – R45,000 DOE + Commission ? Location: Johannesburg ? Hours: Monday – Friday, 09h00 – 18h00 (with event attendance as required) ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Build and manage relationships with premium lifestyle suppliers • Negotiate exclusive member benefits, preferential rates, and value-added offerings • Grow a strong network across luxury hospitality, travel, events, and lifestyle sectors • Source new supplier partnerships and market opportunities • Maintain supplier databases, records, and benefit structures • Support Lifestyle Managers with supplier sourcing and relationship management • Contribute to member communications, “What’s On” offerings, and marketing initiatives • Work closely with the Events team on member experiences and exclusive access opportunities • Monitor supplier performance, retention, and partnership success • Represent the brand as a polished ambassador in all engagements ?️ REQUIREMENTS • 2–4 years’ experience in sales, account management, brand relations, or customer service • Luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or marketing background advantageous • Strong network of relevant industry contacts • Experience working with VIP clients and high-profile individuals • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Strong project management and organisational ability • Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Professional, proactive, and commercially driven mindset • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure ?
