AREA MANAGER - BEAUTY & COSMETIC SALES (Business 2 Business)
JOHANNESBURG (Gauteng) - South Africa
START: 01 February 2026
REPORT TO: National Sales Manager
HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 - 17:00
- Any weekend promotional work required will be pre-authorized and time off in lieu
- Closed on major public holidays
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- R15,000 - R20,000 Basic Salary (BOE)
- Commission on sales
- Performance based incentives - at management's discretion
- + Company Fuel Card - for company traveling only
- + Company Cell Phone & Tablet
- + Company benefits in addition to salary including Wheel Maintenance, Medical Aid contribution, Grooming contribution
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Based in JOHANNESBURG with ease of travel to North, East & South - central is ideal
- Valid driver license with your own, insured, vehicle
- Tertiary qualification in Beauty Therapies (ITEC Diploma or similar internationally accredited qualification)
- You must have prior Business to Business Sales Rep experience
- Proven New Business Development experience
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
- Confident in sales, new business development (opening new accounts) and demonstrating products to professionals
- Confident in using laptop / cell phone and able to multi-task
- Meticulous and accurate
- Accountable and reliable - this is a high pressure environment and results are demanded.
- Able to build a lasting rapport with clients (new and existing)
- You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails
