Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring and motivating the team, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and presenting forecasts and performance metrics to senior management. Collaboration with marketing and product teams will be key to optimizing customer acquisition and retention.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, with at least 5 years of proven sales management experience and a strong record of exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Preferred qualities include strategic thinking, adaptability, inspirational leadership, customer focus, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
