Key Responsibilities and Qualification
Matric with bachelor’s degree – Honours and master’s highly advantageous
5 years’ experience as HR Manager
5+ years as HR Generalist
Solid Payroll / IR / Performance management / L&D experience
Strong business acumen and experience working with senior management teams
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of HR to take ownership of responsibilities
