• Welcoming guests and ensuring a professional first impression
• Managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
• Handling reservations and administrative duties
• Liaising with various lodge departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintaining accurate records and systems
• Upholding the lodge’s service standards at all times
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, preferably within a luxury lodge or high-end hotel
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging situations professionally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of lodge and front office operations
• Proficiency in computer systems and property management systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays
• High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
