This role is ideal for a talented Chef de Partie ready to step into a leadership position within the hospitality industry ; delivering five‑star plated dining experiences in a refined lodge environment. The successful candidate will showcase versatility across hot kitchen, cold kitchen, and pastry sections, while confidently serving high‑end guests in a luxury villa setting when required. Job Requirements Experienced all‑round chef with strong knowledge of hot, cold, and pastry sections. Excellent skills in meat preparation, cooking temperatures, resting techniques, and grilling. Strong knowledge of desserts, cakes, and snacks. • Confident in luxury plated‑service environments. Ability to work independently and manage kitchen sections. Calm under pressure with consistent high standards. Professional communication with management, brigade, and guests. Accurate stock control and inventory management. Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts. Personal attributes: disciplined, humble, coachable, organised, hygienic, and professional. Food Portfolio.
