JUNIOR LODGE ADMINISTRATOR | LUXURY PRIVATE GAME RESERVE | HOEDSPRUIT, LIMPOPO
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lodge Administrator to join a luxury private game reserve located in Hoedspruit. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level hospitality professional looking to grow their career in a high-end safari environment.
Accommodation: Live-in position
Location: Hoedspruit, Limpopo
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support reservations and guest communication processes
• Help maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems
• Assist with invoicing, petty cash, and basic financial administration
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth lodge operations
• Support stock control and supplier coordination
• Assist with guest service support when required
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within a lodge environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
