Multiple site placements are available across Karongwe, Timbavati, Pridelands, Makuleke, and other locations as required ?? This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a seasoned field guide ready to take the next step in their professional journey and play a key role in shaping future conservation leaders ?✨ ? Minimum Requirements: • FGASA NQF 4 • FGASA Professional Field Guide & Professional Trails Guide • VPDA Qualification • Advanced Rifle Handling (or close to achieving) ? • 5–10 years’ industry experience • Current FGASA Membership • Valid NDT Registration • Valid PDP ?️ Key Responsibilities: • Oversee general management and day-to-day operations of training camps • Plan and manage infrastructure, vehicle, and equipment maintenance ? • Take full responsibility for the safety, maintenance, and compliance of firearms and ammunition • Liaise with Reserve Management regarding operational and concession-related matters • Lead and mentor Camp Coordinators, cooks, cleaners, and volunteer/work-placement students ? • Deliver inspirational and immersive learning experiences to course participants ? • Plan and facilitate daily schedules, bush walks, lectures, and practical assessments • Ensure all academic and administrative requirements meet curriculum standards ? ? Offered Package: • Salary: R24,000 – R27,000 per month CTC (negotiable based on experience) • Accommodation: Single tented accommodation ⛺ • Bonus incentive based on personal and company performance • Placement at fixed or roaming locations based on experience and preference • Start Date: Immediate availability preferred • Initial 3-month probation period ?
