Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join a prestigious Luxury Private Game Reserve in Hoedspruit. This live-in role is pivotal in overseeing all F&B operations across the reserve, ensuring exceptional dining experiences that reflect the property’s premium standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, refined hospitality expertise, and a passion for delivering world-class service in a remote luxury environment. ? Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily F&B operations across lodges, restaurants, bars, and staff dining facilities Ensure seamless service delivery aligned with luxury hospitality standards Implement and monitor SOPs for service, hygiene, and quality control Team Management Lead; train, and mentor F&B staff to deliver consistent excellence Manage rosters, performance, and professional development Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest-first service Guest Experience Curate and elevate dining experiences, blending local flair with international standards Engage with guests to anticipate needs and personalise service Handle guest feedback with professionalism and swift resolution Financial & Procurement Manage F&B budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships Drive profitability through cost control and innovative menu offerings Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting Compliance & Standards Uphold health, safety, and environmental regulations Conduct regular inspections to maintain luxury standards Liaise with senior management on upgrades, concepts, and long-term F&B strategy ✅ Candidate Profile Proven experience as an F&B Manager or senior F&B leadership role in a lodge, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment Strong knowledge of food service operations, wine, and beverage management Experience working in remote or bush locations advantageous Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Professional presentation and guest-focused mindset Valid driver’s licence ? Package & Benefits Salary: R18,000 – R22,000 DOE ? Live-in accommodation ? Medical aid ? Pension fund ?
