Job Requirements Diploma in Hospitality or Lodge Management 3–5 years Food & Beverage experience in a 5‑star lodge or Big 5 reserve Professional culinary background advantageous Menu development and stock control expertise Solid knowledge of health, hygiene, and purchasing processes Hospitality and service training experience Energetic leader with strong administrative skills Code 8 Driver’s License and own transport Key Responsibilities Kitchen & Cuisine Management – Pan African menu development, food styling, and guest dietary requirements Food Stock Control – Portion control, supplier negotiation, monthly stock takes Guest Delight Service – Dining room and Boma operations, guest interaction, bush dinners Beverage Control – Stock management, purchasing, cellar and bar oversight Team Leadership – Inspire, train, and develop Guest Delight Service teams Front of House Support – Assist with arrivals, departures, and lodge inspections Package R30 000 – R33 000 pm DOE Live‑in accommodation Meals on duty Pension fund Staff bed nights Work cycle: 21 days on / 7 days off Start Date: ASAP
