Salary: R16,000 – R20,000 per couple DOE ?️ Live-in Position ? 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off ⏰ Availability: ASAP Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate FOH / Guide Couple for a luxury safari lodge based in Hoedspruit. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-focused couple who are passionate about guest experiences, wildlife, and working within a luxury bush environment. The ideal couple will consist of a strong Front of House/Reservations candidate alongside a qualified Field Guide who can confidently deliver exceptional guest service and memorable safari experiences. ?️ Front of House / Reservations Responsibilities • Managing guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms • Processing bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately • Maintaining up-to-date reservation records and guest information • Coordinating guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures • Welcoming and assisting guests with professionalism and warmth • Providing information regarding lodge facilities, activities, and services • Liaising with housekeeping, guiding, and operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences • Handling guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally • Ensuring high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times • Performing general front desk and administrative duties ? Guide / Ranger Responsibilities & Requirements • Conducting game drives, bush walks, and guest hosting • Delivering engaging and informative wildlife experiences • Assisting with basic vehicle and camp maintenance • Ensuring guest safety and adherence to lodge procedures ✅ Guide Requirements • FGASA Level 1 or Level 2 essential • Valid PDP essential • Valid First Aid certification • Rifle competency and advanced rifle handling essential • Previous guiding and hosting experience required ✅ Candidate Requirements • Previous hospitality or lodge experience advantageous • Excellent communication and guest relations skills • Well-presented, professional, and service-driven • Ability to thrive in a remote bush environment • Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality • Passion for hospitality and wildlife This is a fantastic opportunity for a couple looking to grow their careers within the luxury safari industry whilst enjoying an authentic bush lifestyle.
