Job Requirements Prepare personalised welcome and departure notes for guests Manage guest check‑ins, dietaries, special requests, and children’s needs Implement and uphold BOPs consistently Host guests throughout the day and assist with any requests Ensure all guest‑facing products meet luxury lodge standards Oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner setups Maintain a beautifully styled and tidy main area Host mealtimes and ensure seamless service between kitchen and waitstaff Collaborate closely with waiters and HODs to maintain service excellence Support other departments when required Host and plan creative children’s activities Deliver superior guest service at all times Demonstrate strong communication, organisation, initiative, and leadership Uphold world‑class hospitality standards with professionalism and integrity Knowledge of hospitality, environment, local communities, and &Beyond ethos Valid unendorsed SA driver’s license essential Previous camp management, safari hosting, or children’s activity experience advantageous Package Market‑related salary Live‑in position at Phinda Mountain Lodge Transport to/from leave cycles are the candidate’s responsibility Start Date: ASAP
