Reporting directly to the owner, the General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation while managing and supporting a structured management team consisting of two senior managers and two junior managers. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, driving profitability, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance across all departments. This position requires a hands-on leader with solid experience in hospitality management, strong POS system knowledge, and a proven ability to analyse data, identify discrepancies, and deliver meaningful insights. The role demands flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to industry-related working hours while maintaining consistent service standards. Only candidates with strong operational, leadership, and reporting experience will be considered.
