Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Lodge Manager Luxury Lodge- Grahamstown Requirements Previous 4/5 star lodge/hotel experience- Essential At least 5 years’ hospitality experience in a supervisory position- Essential Good overall understanding of the total lodge operation; Front of House, Housekeeping, F&B, Hosting, stock control. Excellent written and spoken English. Good computer skills. Strong Food & Beverage background is an advantage Valid driver's licence ( essential ). Clean criminal record ( essential ). Oversee all day-to-day operations of the lodge. Manage budgets, financial reporting, cash flow, forecasting, and cost control. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain the highest hospitality standards. Recruit; train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team. Manage reservations, front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services. Maintain quality assurance standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements. Build relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and local tourism partners. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth and profitability. Oversee procurement, stock control, and supplier relationships. Ensure the lodge is well maintained and continuously improved. Package on offer · R 18-20 000 PM (DOE). · Single Live-in accommodation.
