Our client in technology is looking for an HR Administrator with 4 years HR admin and coordinating experience. The HR Administrator will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function. This role involves handling employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing general administrative support.
Salary Negotiable – EE Position
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Records Management – Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage HR databases and ensure data integrity.
- Recruitment Support – Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Conduct initial screening of applications and resumes.
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Manage the offboarding process, ensuring all exit procedures are followed.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely submission of payroll information.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and company policies.
- General HR Support – Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing HR events and training sessions.
Min Qualifications and requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR software and databases is an advantage.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
