We are seeking an exceptional Director of Food & Beverage to join a luxury 5-star hotel and resort environment in George. This is a high-profile role, responsible for building and leading a world-class F&B division, delivering consistently luxury culinary experiences across multiple outlets, and developing talent within the team. Key responsibilities: • Ensure all food & beverage offerings are of world-class standard • Refresh and align menus and special touches to each outlet’s concept • Build strong guest and member relationships with warmth and professionalism • Recruit, develop, and coach F&B staff to meet high standards • Implement sound operational, financial, and people management practices • Oversee budgets, stock & OE controls, CAPEX projects, forecasting, and audits • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards • Lead, inspire, and energise a team to deliver extraordinary hospitality Requirements: • Minimum 6 years’ hospitality experience, with 3+ years in a senior luxury F&B role • Proven success across all culinary services, including banqueting • Knowledge of menu engineering, wine list management, financials, OHS compliance • Competent in relevant technology/software (MS Office essential; Cimso/Opera/SAP/Blazon/Micros advantageous) • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • International experience advantageous If no response is received within 10 business days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
