Job Summary
Purpose of the Role: To serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for the design, integration, and implementation of mission-critical communication systems. You will be responsible for transforming vendor designs and equipment (specifically the H3C, MDS, MCX, and ROIP platforms) into a fully functional, on-premise dispatch solution for the client. This role bridges high-level design and hands-on technical implementation, ensuring the system meets strict performance, reliability, and security standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Light Current), Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering is essential.
• Certifications: Highly advantageous: Vendor certifications (e.g., H3C Certified Network Engineer, relevant MDS/MCX training), or professional certifications like PMP, SIP School, or related VoIP credentials.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in telecommunications, with at least 5 years focused on designing and integrating mission-critical communication systems. Proven hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP, RTP, radio over IP (RoIP), and telephony gateways is mandatory.
