ENVIRONMENT:
Our client is looking for a highly creative and hands-on Senior Graphic Designer to join their growing Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys owning the creative direction of multiple brands while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day design process.
This is not a purely strategic or managerial role. You'll still be designing every day, producing high-quality creative work across digital, print, packaging, campaigns, events and brand activations, while helping shape the visual identity and creative direction of the business. Working closely with Marketing, Digital, Product and Business teams, you'll play a key role in bringing brands to life through engaging visual storytelling and innovative campaign execution.
DUTIES:
• Lead the creative execution of multiple brands, ensuring all visual communication is engaging, consistent and aligned with business objectives.
• Design high-quality creative assets across digital, print, packaging, point-of-sale material, campaigns,
• vents and promotional collateral.
• Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts that strengthen brand identity and
• customer engagement.
• Develop and evolve brand guidelines, templates and creative assets to ensure consistency across all
• customer touchpoints.
• Conceptualise and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional initiatives.
• Work closely with Marketing and Digital teams to develop impactful visual content across multiple
• channels.
• Support influencer campaigns, PR initiatives and brand collaborations through strong creative execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Business teams to deliver creative solutions that support
• commercial objectives.
• Liaise with printers, photographers, agencies and external suppliers to ensure high-quality production and brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Assist with event branding, activations and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Maintain organised creative assets, templates and design libraries while supporting project planning and workflow management.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Brand Management or a related field.
• 4–6 years' experience within Graphic Design, Brand Development or Creative Design.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and hands-on design execution across multiple platforms.
• Experience producing creative work across digital, print, packaging and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of brand development, visual storytelling and consumer engagement.
• Exposure to influencer marketing, PR campaigns and brand collaborations would be advantageous.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
