Job Summary
To perform production, manufacturing, warehousing, or operational duties in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
Must have a recognized certificate relevant to the role (e.g., Technical, or Occupational Training Certificate).
1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic numerical and problem-solving skills.
Medically fit to perform the required duties.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery, equipment, or production lines according to standard operating procedures.
Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of equipment.
Conduct basic quality checks and report defects or irregularities.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Complete production and operational records accurately.
Assist with stock handling, material movement, and general operational tasks.
Report equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
