Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical KPA & KPI Specialist to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of performance measurement frameworks. This role is central to ensuring that employees across all levels have clear objectives, measurable outcomes and aligned expectations that support business growth and operational excellence.
You will partner closely with executives and department leaders to translate business strategies into meaningful KPAs and KPIs, develop standardised scorecards and dashboards, and ensure performance measures remain relevant, fair and aligned to organisational goals. The successful candidate will become the organisation's subject matter expert in performance measurement, providing guidance on best practice methodologies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do
Develop, review and maintain KPAs and KPIs across all organisational roles.
Translate job responsibilities and strategic objectives into measurable performance indicators.
Design and standardise performance measurement frameworks, scorecards and dashboards.
Develop KPI libraries and standardised measurement criteria across departments.
Analyse job profiles and align performance expectations with business requirements.
Conduct periodic reviews to identify gaps, duplication and opportunities for improvement.
Analyse KPI results and provide insights on performance trends and improvement opportunities.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and advise leadership on KPI methodologies and best practices.
Maintain governance, version control and consistency of all KPA and KPI documentation.
What You Bring
Matric with a relevant qualification in Business Management, Organisational Development or Performance Management advantageous.
Certification in performance management, business analysis or balanced scorecards will be beneficial.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in KPA and KPI development and performance measurement systems.
Proven experience developing KPAs and KPIs across multiple departments and job levels.
Strong understanding of performance frameworks and organisational effectiveness.
Advanced analytical, reporting and documentation skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
High attention to detail with a structured and solutions-focused approach.
