Their national footprint supplies product and service for diverse audiovisual purposes from educational, residential, corporate, sport/leisure to retail.

What is a sales role in 2026
Generating revenue – the primary role of sales is to generate revenue for the company. Salespeople are responsible for selling products or services to customers and their success is measured by their ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Building relationships – salespeople play a critical role in building relationships with customers, their team and salesfloor staff. They are often the first point of contact for potential customers and are responsible for establishing trust and rapport both externally and internally. By building strong relationships, salespeople can help to increase brand awareness
Representing the company – salespeople are the face of the company and are responsible for representing the company in a positive light. They must be knowledgeable about the company's products and services and be able to communicate effectively with customers. They also need to be professional, courteous and reliable

Key Responsibilities
Junior Sales Support is responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. They help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support. Ultimately, they’re involved from presentation to conclusion of sale in a support capacity ensuring smooth sales team operations and contributing to creating and maintaining good customer relationships.
Typical tasks (but not limited to):
monitor incoming sales processes and track progress
follow-up where necessary
generate quotations as requested
serve as an assistant/advisor to clients by answering their sales-related questions and concerns
assist sales team with presentations / product demos to client
prospect new business leads and/or relationships
enhance existing customer relations
collaborate with the team to consistently improve the customer experience, including sharing of ideas and information
keep abreast with product line developments, updates and releases
Skills
MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency
Excellent clear and courteous verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
Excellent attention-to-detail
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
Education = National Senior Certificate (minimum)
Experience = Technical aptitude and/or interest in audiovisual technology is advantageous
Physical fitness

Hold a valid Driver’s Licence
