What You'll Do:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles in the organization
Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn, and internal platforms
Screen CVs against job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial telephonic screening where necessary
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Keep accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to management
Assist with reference checks and verification procedures
Draft offer letters and support onboarding documentation
Ensure all recruitment documentation remains compliant and up-to-date
Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
Support workforce planning by tracking vacancy progress
Provide regular updates on recruitment pipelines and potential bottlenecks
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Administrative support
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Attention to detail and compliance awareness
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office suite
