Job Summary
A well-established private dental practice in Glen Marais, Kempton Park, is looking to appoint an experienced HPCSA-Registered Dentist to join their team permanently. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician seeking a flexible work schedule, a supportive practice environment, and an attractive commission-based remuneration structure.
Position Summary
Permanent opportunity
Immediate start available
Location: Glen Marais, Kempton Park, Gauteng
Approximately 140–160 working hours per month
Flexible working hours
Rotational Saturday shifts
Compensation
Commission-based remuneration of 33%–50% of turnover
Commission earned on all patients treated, regardless of whether patient accounts have been paid
No deductions for bad debts
Requirements
Current HPCSA registration
Minimum of 1–2 years' private practice experience (essential)
Valid malpractice/professional indemnity insurance
Excellent clinical skills and a patient-focused approach

Dedicated Dental Assistant provided
Dentists manage their own billing
GoodX practice management software
